Brandermill and Woodlake are full of houses that have to function on a weekday and then again when family shows up. The regular clean is the kitchen, the baths, the floors, and the main living level. A townhome and a house on the water are not the same size. A finished lower level that opens to the yard counts when people use it. Leave it off the booking if you do not want it in the visit.
Weekly or every other week keeps a lived-in house in order. Monthly fits one that is quiet during the week and only fills up when people come to the lake. If you list the house, or you leave for a stretch and want it guest-ready while you are gone and settled when you come back, book the turnover for that gap. A move-in is its own visit: builder dust, or a kitchen and baths that need to be caught up before the furniture is fully back.
You see the price before you choose a day. It comes from the size. There is no deposit. If the finished square footage is not what was booked, you approve the new price first. The card is charged after the visit. Gutters, glass, soft-wash, and the driveway are not included in the interior clean.
