Bon Air houses do not hide a mess. The rooms are smaller, the floors meet more doorways, and a dog or a wet walk from the yard shows up immediately. Kitchens that were remodeled into an older footprint need a real clean, not a wipe of the counters. If there is one hall bath, that bath takes the wear. Off Buford or Forest Hill, that is usually the whole job.
Every other week fits most of these streets. Weekly if a smaller house is used hard. One visit if it has been fine for months and then is not, including after someone moves out or before family stays. Renting it for a few nights while you travel is a turnover of the kitchen, the bath, and the floors. It is not a great-room clean, because a lot of these houses do not have one.
You see the price before you pick a day. It follows the size. There is no deposit. An older house sometimes has more rooms, or a finished attic, than the square footage suggested. You get that corrected price and say yes before anything starts. Payment is after the work. Gutters, glass, a short walk, and a soft-wash can be added when the outside under the trees has fallen behind. Call (804) 600-4699 or book online.
